

Hennur Bellary Road Layout, well known as HBR Layout, is a major residential colony in the northern Bangalore. It comes underSarvagnanagar constituency. The layout is located in North-East Bangalore and spread on both sides of Outer Ring Road.
Description
HBR Layout is a BDA formed housing colony which is spread across 5 blocks. There is a BDA shopping complex located in the 2nd block. Being a BDA layout, the locality enjoys good amenities such as parks, BWSSB water and wide roads. In addition, the area lies in proximity to IT hubs such as Manyata Tech Park and Kirloskar Tech Park. Furthermore, the layout is also located en route to the new International Airport(KIAL). Kalyan Nagar is the post office and pin code is 560043. Adjoining Kammanahalli main road has evolved as a major shopping street over the years. Hennur bus depot is located just outside the layout. Other neighboring areas are HRBR layout,Hennur, Nagawara, Lingarajpuram, Kamanahalli and Banaswadi. Hebbal, at a distance of 4 km is a major transport hub.

It has two big parks, one just adjoining the ring road- service road and another one in 3rd block. These places are very good for morning/evening walks and also for entertainment of kids. The Karnataka Forest Department has a huge land amidst the layout which has long walking and jogging trails, ponds and play areas.
There are many vegetarian and non vegetarian hotels in and around HBR layout which offer a variety of cuisines all round the year.
The layout also has a BDA shopping complex in the junction of 2nd and 3rd block. the complex has a Bangalore one centre and also certain other shops, along with the ward's bbmp office.
ISKCON HBR Layout is also present in this locality. Even the sanitation in this area is very good
Manyata Embassy Business Park (also called Manyata Tech Park) is a software technology park in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The park is situated in Nagawara (near Hebbal) on Outer Ring Road, and has a building area of 9.8 million square feet.[2] The park is spread over 300 acres.[3]

Manyata Embassy Business Park has a workforce of more than 1,50,000 professionals, as of November 2017.[4] Some of the tenant companies of the tech park are Cognizant, L Brands, Lowe's, Cerner, Hudson's Bay Company, Harman, Rolls Royce Plc., IBM, Justdial.com, Voonik, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Larsen & Toubro, NXP Semiconductors, Nokia Networks, Philips, Alcatel-Lucent, Fidelity Investments, Target Corporation, Northern Trust, Nvidia, and AXA.
Infrastructure
In February 2017, 15 acres in the park were allotted for gardening where employees could grow food during their free time.[5] In January 2018, a rooftop football arena, covering an area of 13,000 square feet, was launched at the park.[6]
In June 2018, the Embassy Group signed a deal to build a unidirectional flyover between Nagawara lake and Thanisandra junction, which would provide direct access to the park.[7][8]
An 85-acre residential enclave called Manyata Residency is located behind the park.[9]

Thanisandra is a village in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[1][2] It is located in the Bangalore North taluk of Bangalore Urban district in Karnataka. Thanisandra area is slated for development with the expansion of the main road as an alternative road to Bangalore International Airport.
Thanisandra is now part of Bangalore Mahanagara Palike and as the development of Bangalore city towards the new airport continues, many professionals have started inhabiting the area, water supply as well as proper electrical facilities extend through the entire stretch on Thanisandra main road, though few of the bi-lanes are yet to receive water supply from the bwssb.[3]
